A brief introduction and the history of Pilgrim property management...

For a number of years Pilgrim only sold and rented homes, the management of the Florida homes was given to independent management companies who promised to give the Pilgrim owners the best service in the business. However, we soon found out they failed to meet our expectations in many ways and after being continuously let down by one after the other we had no alternative but to set up Pilgrim's own management operation in approximately 1997.

Based on the experience of the founder of Pilgrim who has been a Home Owner in Central Florida since the mid 1980's Pilgrim's Disney / Orlando area management companies have evolved over the years making changes to accommodate our growing number of owners. Pilgrim's locally based professionals offer owners the full range of services that are essential to the ongoing upkeep of a property located in a part of the world that is subject to such extremes of weather.

We have a great bunch of owners who are individuals and are treated as such, we make sure we know their concerns and expectations. We are always willing to discuss their particular requirements and offer the help and advice they need.

Lawn and garden care (If not done by your HOA)
Monthly pest control
Housekeeping - spring cleans, mini-spring cleans, mid stay cleans on request
Pressure washing
Window cleaning
Carpet cleaning
Welcome packs
Window treatments (Curtains)
In - house maintenance both remedial and preventative
Help with refurbishment and interior design
All correspondence responded to in a timely manner

In addition to the usual regular & security checks and reports from housekeeping the maintenance department endeavour to check each and every house before a guest's arrival.

Management Procedures

If you choose a Pilgrim management company to look after your home you will be guided through all procedures including introduction to accountants, help with obtaining the relevant licences, and the setting up of your utilities etc. For management to start you will need to complete a management contract and lodge a set amount on account - For more information please use our Management Enquiry Form.
